Postpartum Doula
Home Visits
I'll provide personalized postpartum care in the comfort of your own home post-delivery. My main goal is to help you and baby adjust to this new adventure! I will offer overnight newborn care/feedings, emotional well-being with mom, family bonding with baby, and household organization to help ease the transition into parenthood.
Holistic Family Care
I will provide many evidence-based advice and solutions for common postpartum challenges, such as baby blues, postpartum recovery, and natural remedies for common discomforts. My goal is to offer holistic support for the fourth trimester to bring you the most comfort possible.
